Herein, we hope you’ll find the answers to
many of your basic questions, about us, what we do and how it
all works. If you still have questions, or you’d just rather,
send us an
email
or give us a call (888-OC-TROPHY
(888-628-7674)) that is okay too!
At home in rural Iowa, Doris and I have
been fishing and hunting pretty much all of our lives. We enjoy
the outdoors at every opportunity and have a great love of
nature and her roaming creatures. With our passion for the
environment and this great land we all share, we respect the
circle of life and our role therein. During our lives we have
traveled, hunted and fished Alaska, the lower 48, and Canada,
Europe, Mexico and South Africa.
Today we are dedicated to Outdoor
Connection fulltime, uniquely prepared by education and
professional experiences in business, government and medicine as
managers, mentors and meeting planners. Those adventures of a
different sort taught us about integrity, quality, customer
service and respect, skills we use everyday while working with
our Outdoor Connection clients and our outfitter partners.
As owners of the Outdoor Connection office based in Iowa,
our mission is to make it easy for
customers to plan and prepare for their hunting, fishing and/or
outdoor adventures with a reputable outfitter. We do this in
partnership with our Outdoor Connection (OC) network by
inspecting and approving outfitters, understanding travel and
adventure details, providing information and help in a timely
and straightforward manner, while respecting our customer’s
budget, needs and desires towards living their dreams. We do
the work so they don’t have to.
Your satisfaction! We are as
passionate about customer service as we are for this industry
that we know and have great enthusiasm for. Since 1989, Outdoor
Connection has been building relationships with quality,
reputable and inspected outfitters to insure a memorable
experience for you, our client. By listening to you and
providing you with customized information, you spend less time
while making a more informed choice of an outfitter ready and
willing to take you on a great adventure. We make sure you are
armed with the right information to get there and back.
This is what we do. We are
dedicated to doing it and taking care of you better than anyone
else!
